1. Introduction and Acceptance

Welcome to Assets Bridge, a web-based investment management platform ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Assets Bridge, including all associated services, features, and functionality.

By registering an account, accessing the platform, or using any of our services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

Assets Bridge reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Users will be notified of material changes via email or a prominent platform notice.

2. Eligibility

To register and use Assets Bridge, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law.
• Not be located in any jurisdiction where your participation would be prohibited by law.
• Provide accurate, complete, and current registration information.
• Not have had a previous Assets Bridge account suspended or terminated for violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts that do not meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

You may register using a valid email address and password, or via Google Sign-In. Email verification is required before accessing platform features. Each individual may hold only one account.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. Assets Bridge shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

3.3 Accurate Information

You agree to provide truthful and up-to-date information at registration and throughout your use of the platform. Accounts found to contain false or misleading information may be suspended without notice.

4. Investment Packages and Returns

4.1 Package Purchase

Assets Bridge offers investment packages which users may browse, select, and purchase using their available account balance. Users may purchase multiple packages simultaneously and may purchase the same package more than once, subject to slot availability.

4.2 Package Terms

Each investment package specifies the following at the time of purchase:

• Package name and price
• Daily profit rate (percentage)
• Investment duration (in days)
• Available and maximum user slots

4.3 Profit Distribution

The platform automatically calculates and credits daily profits to your account. The first profit payment occurs exactly 24 hours after purchase. Subsequent profits are credited automatically on a daily basis. Upon expiry of the investment duration, the investment is automatically marked as completed.

4.4 No Guarantees

Investment returns displayed represent projected rates based on current package configurations. Assets Bridge reserves the right to modify package terms for future purchases. Past returns do not guarantee future performance.

5. Deposits

5.1 Mobile Money Deposits

Deposits via Mobile Money are processed through Korapay. Upon successful payment verification, your account balance is updated and a confirmation notification is sent.

5.2 Cryptocurrency Deposits

Cryptocurrency deposits (USDT TRC20) require submission of the transaction hash through the platform and are credited following administrative review and confirmation.

5.3 Deposit Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that deposits are made using the correct payment details, network, and amount. Assets Bridge shall not be liable for funds lost due to incorrect payment information submitted by the user.

6. Withdrawals

6.1 Supported Methods

Withdrawals may be made via Mobile Money or Cryptocurrency to wallet details registered in your account.

6.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: $10.00
• Minimum referral earnings withdrawal: $15.00
• Withdrawals are processed Monday through Thursday only.
• Withdrawal hours: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
• A 5% processing fee applies to all withdrawals, except on Thursdays.
• All withdrawals require administrative approval before processing.

6.3 Processing Time

Withdrawal processing times may vary depending on payment method and administrative review. Assets Bridge does not guarantee same-day processing of withdrawal requests.

7. Referral Programme

Assets Bridge operates a three-level referral commission structure. Referral commissions are funded by Assets Bridge and do not reduce the earnings of referred investors.

• Level 1 (Direct Referral): 7% Commission Rate
• Level 2: 5% Commission Rate
• Level 3: 3% Commission Rate

Referral commissions are credited upon qualifying investment activity by referred users. Assets Bridge reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral programme with notice.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following:

• Creating multiple accounts or using false identity information.
• Manipulating platform systems, exploiting bugs, or circumventing security controls.
• Engaging in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading activity on the platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer or tamper with platform software.
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorism financing, or any illegal purpose.
• Interfering with the normal operation of the platform or its infrastructure.
• Sharing your account credentials with any third party.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

Assets Bridge reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account without prior notice in the event of:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or identity misrepresentation.
• Failure to meet eligibility requirements.
• Any activity that poses a risk to the platform, other users, or the business.

Upon termination, pending transactions will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Our decision regarding account termination is final.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Assets Bridge, its officers, and its staff shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform.
• Loss of funds resulting from user error, including incorrect payment details or wallet addresses.
• Platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
• Actions or failures of third-party payment processors, including Korapay.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by failure to secure credentials.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the relevant claim.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, design, software, and materials on the Assets Bridge platform are the exclusive property of Assets Bridge or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana. We encourage users to contact us first to resolve concerns informally.
