Risk Disclosure Statement
Effective Date: June 2026 • Version 1.0
IMPORTANT WARNING
Participation in the Assets Bridge investment platform involves significant financial risk. You may lose some or all of the funds you invest. Do not invest money that you cannot afford to lose. Please read this entire Risk Disclosure Statement carefully before investing.
1. Purpose of This Statement
This Risk Disclosure Statement is provided by Assets Bridge to ensure that all prospective and current users fully understand the risks associated with participating in the platform before committing any funds. This document does not constitute financial advice. You should seek independent financial advice if you are uncertain about any aspect of investing through the platform.
2. General Investment Risk
All investment activity carries inherent risk. Past performance on the Assets Bridge platform does not guarantee or predict future results.
- Investment package returns are based on current configurations and are subject to change for future purchases.
- Daily profit rates represent projected returns, not guaranteed payments.
- There is no assurance that projected returns will be achieved in full or at all.
- You should only invest amounts you are fully prepared to lose without financial hardship.
3. Platform-Specific Risks
3.1 Liquidity Risk
Assets Bridge imposes withdrawal restrictions including designated withdrawal days (Monday to Thursday), specified operating hours (8:00 AM to 8:00 PM), and minimum withdrawal thresholds. These may limit your ability to access funds promptly. Processing may also be delayed during periods of high demand or operational review.
3.2 Technology and Operational Risk
The platform relies on digital infrastructure including cloud hosting, database services, caching, and third-party payment integrations. Risks include:
- System downtime or service interruptions that may temporarily prevent platform access.
- Software errors that may affect transaction processing or balance calculations.
- Disruption to third-party services (Korapay, Supabase, Vercel) outside our direct control.
- Data loss or corruption despite backup and recovery procedures.
3.3 Cybersecurity Risk
While Assets Bridge implements robust security controls, no digital platform is entirely immune to cyber threats. Risks include:
- Unauthorised access to your account if your credentials are compromised.
- Phishing attacks or social engineering attempts targeting your account.
- Advanced cyber threats that may affect platform systems despite security controls.
You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and for all activity conducted through your account.
3.4 Business Continuity Risk
As with any business, there is a risk that Assets Bridge may face operational difficulty, restructure, or cease operations. In such an event, your ability to recover invested funds may be limited.
3.5 Cryptocurrency Risk
If you choose to deposit or withdraw using cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20), you are exposed to additional risks:
- Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile; exchange rates may change significantly in a short period.
- Crypto transactions are irreversible. Sending funds to an incorrect wallet address results in permanent loss.
- Blockchain network delays or congestion may affect transaction confirmation speed.
- Regulatory changes in your jurisdiction may affect the legality or usability of cryptocurrency.
- In the current platform version, crypto deposits require manual administrative verification, which may introduce processing delays.
3.6 Payment Processing Risk
Mobile Money deposits are processed via Korapay. Assets Bridge cannot be held responsible for:
- Payment failures or delays caused by Korapay's systems or network conditions.
- Incorrect fund transfers due to user error during the payment process.
- Changes to Korapay's availability that affect deposit functionality.
3.7 Regulatory and Legal Risk
The regulatory environment for online investment platforms may evolve. Changes in law or regulation could affect:
- The legality of your participation in the platform in your jurisdiction.
- Tax obligations on investment returns or referral commissions you receive.
- Platform operations, which may require modification or suspension of certain services.
You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable laws and tax obligations in your jurisdiction.
3.8 Referral Programme Risk
Participation in the referral programme does not guarantee income. Referral commissions are earned only upon qualifying investment activity by referred users. Assets Bridge reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral programme at any time with notice.
4. Risk Mitigation Measures
Assets Bridge has implemented the following measures to reduce platform risk:
